I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-furnished to a high standard, with a fantastic bathroom featuring a powerful shower. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and welcoming staff, including the helpful receptionist, Mr Basat. I had a bit of a bumpy start with changing rooms multiple times in the first few days to have our rooms close together, but once settled, the room was spacious, well-furnished, and the beds were super comfy. The powerful shower with very hot water was a nice touch. The location is fantastic, near all the major attractions like the Blue Mosque, making it easy to explore the area. The service was mostly helpful, although we had a little hiccup with rude behavior when we had to cut our stay short despite paying for the fourth night.
